Tangy Tuna fish Sandwich with a Side Salad

Ingredients

3 oz canned chunk white tuna in water

2 Tbsp , or nonfat Greek yogurt* fat free mayonnaise

2 Tbsp, minced uncooked red onion(s)

2 Tbsp , chopped sweet red pepper(s)

1 pinch(es) table salt

1 pinch(es) black pepper

1 roll(s) sandwich thin(s)

1 cup(s), chopped , red leaf-variety lettuce

1 cup(s) , tomato, radish, pepper or any fresh veggies uncooked carrot(s)

2 tsp vinegar

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Combine drained tuna, mayonnaise or yogurt, onion and red pepper in a small bowl

Season to taste with salt and pepper

Serve on toasted bread with a side salad tossed with vinegar and oil.

Notes

Make the salad with chicken or egg. *To make gluten-free, use gluten-free bread. Check canned tuna and fat-free mayo (if used instead of yogurt) for gluten-containing additives.
